How to Set Roster Acceptance for a Division

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

  4. Select Divisions in the sub navigation.

  5. Use the dropdown to find the division you want to set roster acceptance for.

  6. Start Accepting Rosters: Set the date and time for roster acceptance to begin. If roster acceptance should begin immediately, set the date and time for any past date and time.

  7. Stop Accepting Rosters: Set this date and time to close the roster acceptance window for teams within this division.

  8. Click Save Program.
