How to Setup a Tryout Division

1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

3. Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

4. Click Division in the sub navigation.

5. Select a division.

6. Tryout Date/Time: Set the date and time for the tryout. If there are multiple tryout days for this division, set this date and time for the final tryout date and time.

7. Days before tryouts to close tryout registration: Type in a number if you want tryout registration to close that number of days before the tryout date. Set to 0 if you don’t want tryout registration to close at any point before the tryout.

8. Override Program Tryout Cost: Set the cost for the tryout.

9. Click Save Program.
