How to Setup Roster Acceptance

Note: Complete these steps before you send out the Roster Acceptance link otherwise athletes will not be able to accept their roster spot.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

  4. Click Division in the sub navigation.

  5. Select a division.

  6. Override Program Roster Privacy: Update if you want this setting to be different from the program-wide setting.

    1. Set to Hidden if you don’t want athletes who are accepting their roster spots to see everyone else who was invited to the team.

    2. Set to Visible to Same Team if you want athletes who are accepting their roster spots to see everyone else who was invited to the team.

  7. Start Accepting Rosters: Set the date and time for roster spot acceptance to begin.

  8. Teams Public After: Set the date and time for the teams within the division to be public. This date and time should be the same as the Start Accepting Rosters date and time.

  9. Click Save Program.
