How to Assign a Video Servicer to a Program

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Find the program you want to edit and click the Pencil icon on its row.

  4. Select Servicing on the program’s sub navigation.

  5. Under Servicing Options, select a Video Servicer for the program.
