How to Create a Payment Plan

Note: Payment plans can only be created once a program/division/team has had a price associated with it.

Note: PlayerFirst will not allow a payment method to be removed if future payments are due.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

  4. In the breadcrumb menu, click Edit Payment Plans.

  5. Division: Choose how you want to create your payment plans.

    1. If several divisions/teams have the same cost, choose that cost from the drop down to create a payment plan for all divisions/teams with that cost.

    2. Choose a single division to create a payment plan for that division/all teams in that division.

    3. Choose a single division and then a team to create a payment plan for that team only.

  6. Total Payments Including the First: Type in total number of payments for the payment plan.

  7. Fee per Installment: If there is an installment fee, type the cost here. The fee will be added to each installment, so if there are 5 installments for the payment plan, there will be 5 installment fees.

  8. First Payment Cost: If the first payment for the payment plan should be anything other than the cost of the program/division/team divided by the number of installments, input it here.

  9. First Payment Due in Checkout: Check this check box if the first payment on the payment plan will be due at checkout.

  10. First Payment Date after Checkout: Select the first payment date after check out.

    1. If the first payment is due at checkout, this date will be the date that the second payment is due.

    2. If payment was not due at checkout, this date will be the date that the first payment is due.

  11. Avg Days between Payment: This doesn’t have to be exact, but it allows the payment plan generator to assign approximate dates for when the remaining payments will be due. These approximate dates can be changed when you preview the payment plan.

  12. Click Preview Plan.

  13. Confirm payment plan is correct. Add/remove installment fees linked to payments. Edit payment due dates.

  14. Click Save Plan.
