How to set a Primary Location for a Program
Notes:
A Primary Location for a program is the location where majority of the program is being hosted.
The Primary Location for a program may also be the most well-known location for the program.
The PF Access app uses a program’s primary location when app users attempt to search for an event by location.
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.
Under the Basics tab, find Primary Location.
Primary Location: Use the typeahead to search for and select the Primary Location for your program.
If a location does not appear in the search click Edit List to add a new location.
Display Primary Location: Check this checkbox to display the Primary Location’s city and state on the public page and the list page.
Click the Save icon.
How to set Secondary Locations for a Program
Notes:
Secondary Locations for a program are any locations, other than the Primary Location, where the program is being hosted.
Secondary Locations for a program may also be the less well-known locations for the program.
The PF Access app uses a program’s secondary locations when app users attempt to search for an event by location.
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Find and select your Program.
Click Edit Program.
Under the Basics tab, find Secondary Location.
Secondary Location: Use the typeahead to search for and select the one or more Secondary Locations for your program.
If a location does not appear in the search click Edit List to add a new location.
Click the Save icon.
