How to Make a Private Program

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Find the program you wish to make private, find and click the Pencil icon under the Actions column for that program.

  4. Click Registration in the sub navigation.

  5. To the right of List Publicly, select Not Listed.

  6. To the right of Access Code, type an access code. This code is used to create the unique private link for the program.

  7. Click the Save icon.

  8. To share this program’s unique private URL with users and allow them to register, right click the Access Link and click Copy Link.
    Note: The Access Link that you copied includes the Access Code, creating a unique URL for the private program.
    Note: Do NOT click the Access Link and share the URL on the webpage that appears. It will not give the user access to the program.
    Note: Do NOT click Basics and copy and share the Program Link. This method of sharing the private link became obsolete as of 10/5/2023.
