How to set Registration Confirmation Emails for a Program

  • Admin can add one or more email addresses that will receive a confirmation email every time someone registers for this program.

  • It is strongly recommended that registration confirmation emails be sent to admin only.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

  4. Click Reporting in the sub navigation.

  5. Email Registration Confirmations To: Type in the email address(es) that should receive registration confirmation emails for the program.
    To send emails to multiple email addresses, separate them with a comma.
    E.g., apple@gmail.com, pear@gmail.com

  6. Click Save icon.
