How to Update Roster Privacy for a Division

Note: This setting will apply to all teams within the chosen division and will override the program-wide setting.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

  4. Click Divisions in the sub navigation.

  5. On the Divisions table, click the on the division row you would like to edit.

  6. Override Program Roster Privacy: Choose your privacy setting.

    1. Hidden - The rosters for teams within this program are hidden to all athletes, parents, and the public and athletes will only see themselves on a roster.

    2. Visible to Same Team - Athletes and parents will be able to see the full team roster for their team only.

    3. Public - Anyone visiting a PlayerFirst website will be able to see the full team roster for every team in this program.

  7. Click Save Program.
