How to Get a Program-Specific Quick Waiver Link

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

  4. Select the Public Pages sub-navigation tab.

  5. Click View/Edit Content to open the public registration page.

  6. Edit the current Detail page or use the Plus Sign to add a new page.

  7. Title: Quick Waiver.

  8. Order: Select order of how it should appear on the page.

  9. Display: Check Page Visible so the page will appear.

  10. Send Link to URL: Select Quick Waiver.

  11. Click Save.

    • Note: You will need to click to another page to allow the newly edited page to load a program-specific page and QR is created.

  12. Click the newly created waiver page and copy the link to share.

How to Get a Program-Specific Quick Waiver QR Code

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. Select My Profile.

  3. Select Quick Waiver.

  4. Scroll down the waiver to Program and select the program name

    • Note: If the program is not available in the dropdown, type the name to fill.

  5. Once page has refresh, the QR code will be specific to that program and autofill when scanned.

  6. Click the QR Code to copy and share.
