How to Approve a Program as a Sport Director

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. In the top right corner, click the Bell icon.

  3. Click on the program name that has been requested for approval.

    1. Note: This only shows program requests for the current brand. To view all brand requests, click View All.

  4. Review the program details.

    1. If ready for approval, click Sport Director Approval.

      1. Once this button is clicked, certain fields that impact financial reports will be locked.

      2. Changes to unlocked financial fields will trigger an email notification to the Sport Director.

      3. Approval History will be visible at the bottom of the Program details with a timestamp.

      4. A notification is sent to the Operator when their program is approved.

  5. Program status:

    1. If the Corporate/Settings approval has already been given, the program will be available to go live once approved by the Sport Director.

      1. Confirm all settings are correct for for program visibility and public dates.

    2. If the Corporate/Settings approval has not been given, the program will show as Program Approval Pending until it is given.

      1. Note: Program Approval Pending means only 1 of 2 approvals have been received. Approvals can be given in either order (ex: Corporate/Settings approved, pending Sport Director OR Sport Director approved, pending Corporate/Settings). The top navigation will show the status of the request, as well.
