How to Ensure a Program is Set Up for the Club App

Note: Only certain roles are allowed to edit public-facing program pages.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Find the program you want to edit and click the Pencil icon on its row.

  4. Double-check that the following fields are set up correctly…

    • Basics Tab

      • Roster Privacy: Set to either Public or Visible to same Team.

    • Registration Tab

      • Start Showing: This date should be in the past.

      • Stop Showing: This date should be the last day coaches and families can view anything regarding their team on the Club App.

    • Divisions

      • Teams Public After: This date should be in the past.
