• Roster Invites (GWU-5193)

  • Previously: When sending out team invitations, Adult Athletes were treated as athletes on the team. This resulted in emails being sent to Parents/Adult Athletes without information relevant to accepting their child's roster spot.

  • Update: When sending out team invitations, Parents/Adult Athletes will be CC’ed with the information and link to accept their child’s roster spot.

Sales

• Invoices (GWU-5146)

  • Previously: In some instances, there were discrepancies between the Totals and Balances for web and PDF invoices.

  • Update: The Totals and Balances for web and PDF invoices match.

Updates

Club App

• Messaging (GWU-4684)

  • Update: Team Chats will automatically be created within the Club App.

    • Team Chats will include all directors, coaches, parents, and athletes rostered on the team.

    • Athletes and parents will automatically be added/removed, as they are added/removed from the roster.

Access App

• Standings (GWU-5197)

  • Previously: On the Access App Standings page, the standings tables, tiebreakers, and glossary sections did not match.

  • Update: On the Access App Standings page, the standings tables, tiebreakers, and glossary sections are consistent.

• Event Purchases (GWU-5119)

  • Previously: Invoice totals did not include the totals of fees and tax associated with that transaction.

  • Update: Invoices totals include the totals of fees and tax associated with that transaction.

• Invoice (GWU-5058)

  • Previously: When looking at invoices on the Access App, roll-up fee amount was not included in the subtotal amount.

  • Update: When looking at invoices on the Access App, roll-up fee amount is not included in the subtotal amount.

• Registration Details (GWU-4595)

  • Updates: On the Division Details page, the following updates were made to allow admin to move multiple registrations at once…

    • Added the ability to multi-select athletes or teams

    • Added a Move button to the top of the table.

    • Improved and streamlined the workflow for moving registrations.

  • Previously: When copying a past program, the insurance fields would be copied to the new program.

  • Update: When copying a program, the previous year’s platform and insurance details are not copied.

  • Previously: Refunds on invoices would create an automatic reversal when the balance on the invoice was $0.

  • Update: Refunds on invoices will not create an automatic reversal when the balance on the invoice is $0.
