  • Roster Upload (GWU-4319)

    • Previously: In some instances, a coach could not copy a roster from a previous event because of an athlete not having a parent email saved to their account. Coaches and team managers could not update the athlete’s parent email once that athlete was recognized as having an existing profile and couldn’t save their roster without each athlete having a saved parent email address.

    • Update: An athlete row can now be saved in situations where a parent email does not populate the row or there isn’t one on file. This can then be updated by a user when they complete their waiver, with the waiver email being sent to the athlete email on file.

  • Roster Upload (GWU-4244)

    • Previously: There was a workaround that allowed more than five athletes to share the same parent email address on a roster.

    • Update: If more than five athletes share the same parent email, an error message will pop up explaining that a valid parent email is required in order to add an athlete to the roster.

  • Registration (GWU-3657)

    • Previously: If a user enrolled in an available payment plan, then later returned to the cart page, they would again be presented with the option of enrolling in the available payment plan. This secondary enrollment in the payment plan would erroneously double the cost of the installment fees on the invoice.

    • Update: If a user enrolls in an available payment plan, then later returns to the cart page, they will again be presented with the option of enrolling in the available payment plan, but the secondary enrollment in the payment plan won’t add to the cost of the installment fees on the invoice.
