    • Previously: Ghost accounts, accounts that have been automatically created by PlayerFirst, but have not been logged into, were only recognized if a user entered their username. If the user attempted to log in with their email address or phone number, the user would not be notified of their existing account, but also not be able to create a new account because the email address and phone number were attached to an existing account.

    • Update: Ghost accounts will now be recognized if a user enters their username, email, or phone number.

  • Log In (GWU-4602)

    • Previously: Deleted accounts were being treated differently depending on what was being entered to log in. In all cases, the account was deleted, but the user received different prompts.

    • Update: Deleted accounts provide the same prompt to the user, no matter if they log in using their username, email address, or phone number.

  • Log In (GWU-4198)

    • Update: Allow users to sign in to PlayerFirst with their phone number in addition to their username or email.

  • Log In (GWU-4177)

    • Update: Allow users to sign in to PlayerFirst with a One-Time Code that is sent to either the email or phone number associated with their account.
