How to Add a Scheduled Payment

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > Invoices.

  3. Use the search and filters to find the invoice.

  4. Click the invoice number to open the invoice.

  5. Under Payment Schedule and History, click the Schedule Payment icon.

  6. Total Amount: Enter the amount.

  7. First Payment Due: Enter the date the first payment will be charged to the user’s account.

  8. Number of Payments: Enter the amount of payments the charge will be divided across.

    1. If Number of Payments is more than 1…

      1. Days Between Payments: Enter the number of days between each scheduled payment for the user.

  9. Method: Use the dropdown to select how the user will be charged.

  10. Click Save Changes.
