How to Add an External Account Credit

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > Account Credits.

  3. Click the on the top right of the Open Credits table.

  4. Enable the External System field.

  5. Input the User(s) in which the external credit will be applied to.

  6. Click Select Profile(s).

  1. On the Create Account Credit page, fill in the required fields.

    • Credit Reason: Explain in a few words why the credit is being given.

    • Credit Amount: How much of a credit the user will receive.

  1. Click Save.
