How to Add an External Account Credit
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Sales > Account Credits.
Click the on the top right of the Open Credits table.
Credit Basis: Enable the External System field.
Input the User(s) in which the external credit will be applied to.
Click Select Profile(s).
On the Create Account Credit page, fill in the required fields.
Charge to Class: Search and select the correct class code for the credit.
Credit Reason: Explain in a few words why the credit is being given.
Credit Amount: How much of a credit the user will receive.
Brand revenue will be debited to create the credit.
Expiration: Add the expiration date for the credit.
Maximum length is one year from the current day.
Limit Program Use: If the credit should only be applied towards a specific program, search and select that here.
Click Save.
