Scheduling a Tournament
This check list will take you from the close of tournament registration to public posting of a tournament schedule.
Please complete the steps in the order listed. While some steps can be completed outside of the order listed, the order is set up to teach best practices.
Please note that only bold steps are required. Each sub step may not be required, and there may be instances where completing a single sub step will satisfy the completion of that step.
Set up the tournament location and fields.
Set up divisions and flights.
How to assign a team to a flight.
Create blackout times (time period where a team or flight cannot play).
Create lock-in times (time period where a team or flight can only play).
Assign tournament settings.
Read best practices and other notes for scheduling games.
Make team(s) public.
