Tournament Scheduling - How to Move a Team From One Division to Another

NOTE: THIS METHOD SHOULD ONLY BE USED WHEN USING THE PLAYERFIRST PLATFORM TO SCHEDULE A TOURNAMENT OR LEAGUE.

Note: During the scheduling process, it may be necessary for a team to play in a division that they aren’t registered in. If this division has a different cost associated with it, that team must be moved by moving that team’s registration. The method below should only be used if the team is moving divisions and its invoice should not be changed.

1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

2. On the left navigation, click Schedule > Leagues & Tournaments.

3. Select a league or tournament.

4. Select Divisions/Flights from the sub navigation.

5. Use the divisions dropdown to select the division you want to move the team to.

6. Under the Team Information section, in the Add a Team search box, type and select the team you want to move to this division.

7. Transfer Division: Check this checkbox.

8. Click Add Team.
