How to Edit an Event Schedule when Coach Conflicts Exist in Bracket Play Games

Note: As the tournament progresses into bracket play, this can open up a new set of coach conflicts that were not previously considered. Additionally acknowledging the varying circumstances that can prohibit or make these changes difficult to make. Below will highlight how to make this adjustment when we are able to accommodate this ask.

1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

2. On the left navigation, click Schedule > Field Timeline.

3. Locate the games that now have the coach conflict.

   1. Note: Use the “Coach Conflicts” to quickly locate these games.

4. Locate an open slot on a field that is the appropriate size for the age group playing, and drag and drop the match into this opening.

   1. Note: Be sure to actively communicate to club directors/team coaches to ensure this change is accounted for on everyones end.
