How to Make Multiple Events Public at One Time

Note: When making tournament games, the best filters to use are Date Range and Locations. Using the Programs filter may result in playoff games not being made public.

1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

2. On the left navigation, click Schedule > Existing Schedule.

3. Use the filters to make sure you only see the events you want to make public, and then click Filter.

4. Review the events shown under Scheduled to make sure the filtered events are the only events you want to make public.

5. On the left navigation, click Schedule > Batch Change.

6. Find Live as Date in the Batch Change Schedules section.

7. Live as Date: Set the date and time for when the events within the selected filters should be public. If they should be made public immediately, set a date and time in the past.

8. Click Save Changes.
