How to the use Batch Change tool
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Schedule > Existing Schedule.
Find the events you want to edit: Use the filters/search box to find the list of events you want to edit.
Click the Filter button.
Confirm your results by looking at the events in the Scheduled section.
On the left navigation, click Schedule > Batch Change. The filters that you selected on Existing Schedule will carry over to the Batch Change page.
Making changes: Make whatever changes you need to make. Edit the fields to reflect the change(s) you want to make for the filtered event(s).
Time Zone: Select a time zone. Batch Change will apply that time zone to every filtered event.
Old Start Time and Old End Times: Select an old start time and an old end time. Batch Change will only change the filtered events with start and end times that match your selection.
New Start Time and New End Time: Select a new start time and a new end time. Batch Change will replace the old start time and the old end time with the new start time and new end time.
Cancel Check Box: Batch Change will mark the filtered events as "Cancelled."
Delete Check Box: Batch Change will delete the filtered events.
Live as of Date: Batch Change will set the selected date and time as the live date for every filtered event.
Mark Hidden Check Box: Batch Change will hide (remove the public after date) every filtered event.
Update Location: Search for and select a location in the search box. Batch Change will assign this as the location for every filtered event. Note: Changing the location will remove the field.
Update Field: Search for and select a field and location in the search box. Batch Change will assign this as the field and location for every filtered event.
Days: Select only the day(s) that you wish to make the changes to. Batch Change will only apply your selected changes to events that occur on those days.
Click Save Changes.
