How to Update Event Times and Locations/Fields With the Field Timeline

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Location> Field Timeline.

  3. If necessary, use the filters to make sure you only see the events you want to update times and locations/fields for, then click Reload.

  4. Find the event you want to update on the grid (Field Timeline).
    The Field Timeline displays the hours in a day along the top row and a location’s fields down the left column. Where they intersect is the location and time an event will occur. Times and locations/fields are separated by day, which can be seen in the corner, where the hours of a day and the start of available locations on that day meet.

  5. Find, select, and drag the event you want to update, and move it to the intersection of the location/field and hour you want it to start at.
    Once placed, this event will occur on that location/field and start at that time.

  6. Pause for a moment until you see Save in the bottom left corner of your screen. Events autosave after each move, however the save process may take a second.
