How to Create a Lock-In Time for a Division
Note 1: A lock-in time is a period of time within which the scheduler will only schedule games for teams within that division.
Note 2: Lock-in times for tournaments will most likely occur for a period of time within one day.
Note 3: Lock-in times for leagues may occur for a period of time within one day or one week, and are more likely to utilize a weekly recurrence than lock-in times for a tournament.
