How to Update Roster Privacy for an Entire Program
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.
Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.
Click Basics in the sub navigation.
Roster Privacy: Choose your privacy setting.
Hidden - The rosters for teams within this program are hidden to all athletes, parents, and the public and athletes will only see themselves on a roster.
Visible to Same Team - Athletes and parents will be able to see the full team roster for their team only.
Public - Anyone visiting a PlayerFirst website will be able to see the full team roster for every team in this program.
Click Save Program.
