How to Update Roster Privacy for an Entire Program

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Program > Registration Details.

  3. Click the Pencil icon next to your desired program.

  4. Click Basics in the sub navigation.

  5. Roster Privacy: Choose your privacy setting.

    1. Hidden - The rosters for teams within this program are hidden to all athletes, parents, and the public and athletes will only see themselves on a roster.

    2. Visible to Same Team - Athletes and parents will be able to see the full team roster for their team only.

    3. Public - Anyone visiting a PlayerFirst website will be able to see the full team roster for every team in this program.

  6. Click Save Program.
