How to Email Teams Their Roster Status

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Communication > Create Message.

  3. Click Transactional Email > Next.

  4. Click Coaches and/or Team Managers > Next.

    1. Note: The user type must be either Coaches or Team Managers in order to activate the roster filter in the following steps.

  5. Click Programs and Roster Status > Next.

  6. Select Program > Next.

  7. Select Division(s) > Next.

  8. Choose Roster Status > Next.

    1. Not Started

    2. Already Started

    3. Not Checked-In

    4. Already Check-In

  9. Click Next until Compose screen.
    Note: If your email filters need to be updated, select one of the filters from the dashboard to return to that page and edit your filter. After editing the filters, click Skip to Compose to return to the compose page without having to confirm every selected email filter.

  10. Input Message Details.

  11. Click Insert Data Tokens

  12. Click Copy to Clipboard icon next to Roster Summary.

  13. Compose message and insert Roster Summary where appropriate.

  14. Click Next.

  15. Choose Send Messages or Save for Later.
