UPDATES

• Program

  • Registration Details: Overview: Currently, the Divisions Status tab(Program>Registration Details>[Program]>[Division]>Details) will only display up to 100 records. Any records beyond that are hidden from the user as, currently, there is no pagination available. This has now been increased to display up to 250 records. (GWU-3020)

• Team

  • Team Management: Added the ability to email multiple teams from the team management page. (GWU-2760)

• Travel First

  • Lodging: Advanced Filters of Brands, Hotels, Associated Programs, Start Date, and End Date have all been added to allow an easier search-ability. (GWU-2303)

BUGS

• Communication

  • Create Message: Previously, when creating a new message and adding “Hotels” to the lodging filter, it does not display the hotel name in the Lodging Hotels tile but instead displays unintelligible text. Currently, the issue with ID numbers for hotels is fixed & will display the hotel name correctly. (GWU-2910)

  • Create Message: Not all profiles in a profile tag were being pulled into the email list due to logic changes from GWU-2941. This has been fixed to pull in the the correct profiles from a profile tag into the email list, as well as improve the logic when profiles that do not have an association to the brand that the email is being sent from. (GWU-2977)

• Front-End

  • Roster Management: Previously, when changing Head Coach information for a previously submitted roster, a Coach would need to re-submit the entire Roster. Now, when replacing the Head Coach, the user will receive a prompt to enter/select a new Head Coach before they can delete the current Head Coach. The new Head Coach can now be saved without re-submitting the Roster (GWU-2935)

  • Payment Plans: When a team with no payment plan is checking out, payment plans from other teams within their division would appear and would have the option to select their payment plan. This has been updated to only show payment plans assigned to the team. (GWU-3065)

  • Orders & Payments: Invoices on users Orders & Payments page that were tied to tryouts, would identify what team they were placed on under the Item Invoice title. This has been updated to no longer identify their team placement & show the program name, division name. (GWU-3062)

• Program

  • Registration Details: When utilizing the Advanced Filters, Program Name & By Date Range would not return any results, unless an activity type was selected. This has been updated to now return results when filtering with any of these filter options. (GWU-3037)

• Team

  • Team Reporting: Previously, the “Double Rostered” column appeared in the table on the Team > Team Reporting > Rosters page twice. These changes correct that. The column now appears only once. (GWU-2908)

• Program

  • Program Details: This update adds the following settings to the Registration Details > Edit Program > Reporting page: Insurance Exposure, Insurance Duration, and Display Insurance Days Per Participant. Currently this information will not display anywhere on PF. (GWU-3003)

• Sales

  • Fees: Allow users with the “Admin” role (or above) to set an invoice to waive payment-related fees (ie: transaction, handling, but NOT Installment Fees). This adds an on/off toggle that is persistent across user roles (e.g admin or end user). The status should be displayed somewhere but not editable for other users below Admin, so they know why the fees are different/missing. (GWU-2741)

• Team

  • Team Reporting/Recruiting Tab: Added a “Committed School” column to the Recruiting Tab in Team Reporting. (GWU-3021)

• User

  • Athlete Profile: Previously, the school field was manually entered; now it will provide type-ahead dynamic search. (GWU-2378)

BUGS

• Program

  • Program/Registration Details: Originally, the Status Tab rendered 100 rows and would show only the first 100 athletes and would need to search for the athlete in the search field. The original ask was to create an ability to sort by columns by descending order. However, this limit was increased to 250, and made this ask irrelevant & improved sorting on numbers and dates was added as an addition to this original ask. (GWU-2826)

  • Program Timeline Chart: Chart for all programs was previously broken and not showing information correctly. The chart has been updated and now shows the data correctly. (GWU-3026)

• Sales

  • A/R Reports: Updates the table on the Sales > A/R Report page to remove visible code from the “Name” and “Invoice #” columns. (GWU-3027)

• Communications

  • Communication: Previously, when sending a test email with data tokens the user would only see the tokens themselves. This update will now allow users to view data instead of the token itself when sending a test email. (GWU-2847)

• User

  • Profile: Previously, when making the initial selection for a Player’s Primary and Secondary Position, the drop-down field for Primary was occluding the Secondary Position radio buttons. Additionally, the UX was confusing and made it appear that selecting the checkboxes was for selecting the Primary Position. This update changes the Primary Position selection to radio buttons. (GWU-2958)

BUGS

• Communications

  • Communication: Team Picture is getting lost between the Desktop/Tablet view and the Mobile view. This has been corrected to view as intended. (GWU-3005)

  • Communication History: Under User > Users > User Details > Communications History sub-nav, when sorting the “Date” column (asc or desc), the logic in place for sorting by date is incorrect. This has been updated to sort by ascending or descending correctly. (GWU-2813)

  • Create Email: When creating an email, you can select Brands to generate your initial Recipient list. Searching for a Brand allows you to find and select a Brand but if you remove the search text to return to the full list, it resets any changes besides the default brand selection(e.g NILAX). If you had no Brands selected, it will show the default Brand selected(e.g NILAX) but not allow you to click “Next”. This has been corrected to maintain selected brands when removing search text, and allow users to click “Next” when no brands are selected. (GWU-2916)

  • Tokens: Previously, when creating an email with Athletes left off of the distribution list, any tokens related to Athlete data would not populate(e.g Athlete Full Name, Team Name, Roster Link, etc.). This update fixes that issue so that, even when an Athlete is not part of the email list(e.g Parent only), the email will still populate Athlete-related data. (GWU-1908)

• User

  • When importing user accounts via 3rd parties, Athletes were uploaded as Parent Accounts. What was discovered as a result of this was that if you upload an Athlete Roster(or manually add one by one) with an Athlete that contains the same First/Last and Email Address, that user will be added as a Parent Account. This fix will now look for a matching email address (either parent or athlete) and then, depending upon the scenario, either add that Athlete under an existing Parent/Guardian account OR create a new Parent/Guardian account and add the Athlete under that newly added account. (GWU-2744)

  • Distribution List: Previously, when the Parent and Athlete filters were checked, the distribution list would treat both filters as an AND case and include ALL Parents and Athletes, regardless if those Parents had Athletes that fit the filters(including those Parents without Athletes under their account). This has been updated to if a Parent filter is checked along with the Athlete filter, the distribution list will only include Parents with Athletes, regardless of what other filters are checked (either Athlete-specific or not). (GWU-2941)

• Sales

  • Invoices: When a user clicked the “Account Credits” button, they were taken to the incorrect page. This has been corrected so that when the user clicks the “Account Credits” button they are taken to the right page. (GWU-2969)

  • Lodging: Previously, at the Sales> Lodging> Edit a Lodging Item> Product Details> Occupancy Report page, when clicking more options (…) the “Cancel/Refund Selected” button was not clickable. This has been corrected to enable a user to cancel a reservation by clicking the “Cancel/Refund Selected” button. (GWU-2967)

  • Lodging: Previously, when adding inventories to a Lodging Item, the inventories displayed in the Room Block creation page get truncated when there are more than 17 inventories added and will not display the rest of the added inventories. This has been corrected to no longer truncate when creating more than 17 inventories. (GWU-2869)

• Team

  • Team Reporting/Rosters: Applying filter parameters in this modal does not result in any changes or any filters being applied. This is stopping users from refining their search effectively. This has been corrected and filters will now show intended results. (GWU-2752)

  • Team Reporting: The Team Reporting page for certain brands with large amounts of data is extremely slow and is resulting in pages to stop responding and ultimately crash. This has been adjusted to only display the first 100 rows of data upon initial load, instead of all rows of data, for faster performance. Additionally, swapping between tabs is now more responsive. (GWU-2126)

  • Users: Previously, only one “Role” was permitted per search. This has been updated to allow multiple “Role” selections per search. (GWU-2972)

BUGS

• General

  • Code Display: Code was incorrectly being displayed in tables when html was inserted as a value. This has been corrected so code is not displayed in the tables. (GWU-2991)

• Program

  • Registration Details: Updated the logic and number of rows rendered on the “Divisions” page to improve load time and responsiveness. (GWU-2478)

  • Tryout Target: Previously, a “Tryout Target” was required for all programs. This has been changed so that a “Tryout Target” is only required when a user selects “Include Tryout Registration” at the Program>Registration Details>Registration page OR at the Program>Registration Details>Divisions page. (GWU-2878)

• Sales

  • Account Credits: Removed visible line breaks in the “From Item” column. (GWU-2998)

• Schedule

  • Block Shift: If a user fails to provide a Time Zone and attempts to “Preview Changes” they are directed to an error page. This has been corrected so that a user is not able to advance without completing the newly required information. (GWU-2900)

• User

  • Profile Tags: Previously, when users were added to a tag via an email address, the system did not check if that profile had a “user role” assigned. Now, when a user is added to a tag, their profile will be given both the Brand Association for that tag as well as a “user role” associated with that brand. (GWU-2977)
