Bulk Edit (GWU-3077)
Previously: The “Start” column consisted of a start date and start time. This was not ideal for admin because in most cases, they are trying to change the date of an event or the start time individually.
Update: The “Start” column is split into two columns named “Start Date” and “Start Time”. This allows for multi-line editing to work on both date and time individually and not together. Also, the name of the “End” column is changed to “End Time” for consistency purposes.

Previously: When submitting a Roster from the Front-End, the confirmation page indicated that the added players are listed as active. However, both the email confirmation received, and the Roster page displayed them as inactive.

Previously: When editing multiple divisions and the Division Start Date is not set, the Division End Date was still listed as a required field.

Update: A view button has been added on the parent line. It brings the user to an item details page that lists all of the products that are within that product category and program. There was an added column called “Product Name” that shows what the product name is so the user can differentiate between which line is associated with which product.

Update: When creating or editing a product from the Product Details page, the “Name” column will lock in place while scrolling to stay visible for the admin.

Previously: There were three bugs resolved regarding access codes.
When the access code field is required, it is not validating that a value is being entered. This is resulting in the access link being shared without an access code and stopping users from registering on the frontend.
Unlisted programs do not have an access code auto generated for them.
When using a division specific access link, the division name does not show until it is in the cart.
Update: The access code field is validating that a value is being entered, all unlisted programs have an access code auto generated for them and when using a division specific link, the division name will show before it is in the cart.

Update: The Email Analytics page includes a table of recipients. These changes update the “First Name” column in the recipient’s table to link to that user’s family account.

Update: This adds a “Recruiting” setting option and removes the “Acumatica” setting at Site Settings > Site Settings > Permissions. The recruiting setting default is unchecked. When checked, the User > Recruiting tab is available to roles “User Admin” and above.

Previously: The system is missing the necessary validation for when a user is adding or editing an address on their profile. This resulted in users having incorrect addresses on their profiles.
Update: There is proper validation for adding or editing addresses on profiles. If a required field is missing, the address will not save/update. Admins are exempt from this requirement when registering a new athlete from the back end.

Team Reporting (GWU-3305)
Previously: The Rosters, Recruiting and Team columns from the Team Reporting page were exporting to Excel incorrectly.
Update: All columns from the Team Reporting page are formatted correctly when exported from Excel.

Previously: When on the page Team > Team Reporting > Recruiting, the “Athlete First” and “Athlete Last” columns are not linked to that athlete’s family account.
