Invoice (GWU-3301)
Previously: When an ACH payment is rejected for having insufficient funds, a $40 fee is added. The invoice is scheduling the $40 payment, but it is not adding the correlating line item to the invoice items section. This results in the invoice not being balanced.
Update: When an ACH payment is rejected for having insufficient funds, a Non-Sufficient Funds Fee line item for $40 is created.

Communication
Create Message (GWU-3296)
Previously: When a Communication Admin sent an email with over 500 recipients and/or more than 1 program and had selected ‘Include Username’ for the message, they are not able to track all of their recipients and/or refer to the analytics accurately in Message History.
Note: ‘Include Username’ is technically a data token and the message, even though it is a bulk message, is seen on Message History as individual messages. You can only look at 500 messages at a time in message history.
Update: When Communication Admin are creating an email, they cannot select 'Include Username’ if it includes over 500 recipients and/or more than 1 program.
Front End
Log In (GWU-3345)
Previously: Users who forgot their password and changed their username have to click the back button as many times they have tried the wrong password in order to get to the username login page.
Update: When a user changes their username, they now can press the “Use another email or username” button and are placed on the first step to logging in.

Previously: This only affects invoices with payment plans. After the initial registration and payment, the remaining payments receipts were sent to the buyer, but were not recorded in the Communication History.
Update: All receipts emailed after a payment is charged are now recorded at the Communication History tab. Successful charges include, payments made by an admin via the invoice page, scheduled payments that are automatically run, and scheduled payments that are manually run.

Team Management (GWU-3346)
Previously: When the user was in Team Management and selects Message Unconfirmed, Accepted, Declined and/or all, it takes the user to the communication section (which is correct) and displays the recipient list as part of the confirm process. The issue is when you hit “Next” it drops the recipient count to 0 and does not let the user compose an email.
Update: Now the user is able to hit the “Next” button, the recipient list carries over and the user is able to compose a message to the Unconfirmed, Accepted and/or Declined groups from their Team Management page.

UPDATES
Frontend
Orders and Payments (GWU-3123)
Previously: When a parent/coach user selects “Pay Partial Balance” and the user has an overdue payment, there is no warning/indication of an overdue balance and that it has to be paid in full.
Update: When a user with an overdue balance is attempting to make a partial payment on their invoice, a warning pops up under their payment method saying, “If your invoice is past due, you are required to pay the past due balance in full. If you would like to explore other payment options, please email us at…”
Sales
A/R Report (GWU-1995)
Previously: When a user is searching under 'Aging' with a desired range, the user gets some results that are outside of that range. The reason for this is because the page nests automatically by account and aging is unique to each invoice on an account. There is no option for deselecting nesting which would be helpful in this type of search in the A/R Report.
Update: We added a check box under the filters to turn nesting on or off. By default, we will nest the results. If a user unchecks this check box, all results will be displayed with the expanded details. Additionally, the summary row for nested results will be removed, as each row’s information will always be displayed when the page isn’t nesting.

Communication
Create Message (GWU-3221)
Previously: When on Confirm Recipients, if the user deselects the ‘select all’ check box, then searches for a name and it does not appear, then deletes the search to find another, the ‘select all’ check box is automatically reselected. This also happens if you select all the names in the search and go back to the list of recipients. This can cause users to send an email to athletes they originally deselected.
Update: The 'select all' no longer becomes checked when searching.
Frontend
Reset Password Verification Code (GWU-3323)
Previously: When a user attempts to log in and selects the “I forgot my password” link after entering their email and selects the code to be sent via email, the code sent and entered is being marked as not valid. We found this had to do with users that also had a deactivated account they don’t use but share the same email. This issue is that when looking for the user from the email, the system was returning a user that was deleted although the profile was not.
Update: Now the system is excluding the deleted user records, and it finds the active user. Users who have an active profile as well as a deleted profile(s) are able to get the Verification Code now.
Program
Registration Details (GWU-3154)
Previously: In Edit Program, the settings text wrapping for some fields was not working as expected. They were in fact overlapping, most notably at the Program > Registration Details > Edit [Program_Name] > Registration page when program is a tryout registration, but it impacts a number of pages in the “Edit Program” workflow. E.g., Start Accepting Rosters.
Update: A setting's text is no longer overlapped by the setting’s input.
Schedule
Bulk Edit (GWU-1943)
Previously: The search dropdown is limited in width resulting in not seeing full result of searched name(s).
Update: Columns will now display the full result when searching columns (Field Name, Location Name, and Team Name are not dependent on the width of the field).

Communication
Messaging History (GWU-2771)
Updates:
Changed “copy” button to “email” button.
In the “Actions” column, there is an “Email” button. When clicked on, allows you to resend the email to unopened recipients.
When clicked on, the modal has an added button that says “Resend email to unopened recipients.”
Clicking this button will skip to the end (to compose) with the recipients selected based on the below filter parameters.
The filters will be the original filters MINUS the email addresses that already opened the original email. This email should only send to email addresses that have yet to open the email at the initial time it was sent.
If it is scheduled for later, the filters will update who gets the email if anyone opened it by the time the email is sent.
It is OK if the parent/athlete email rule still applies = if a parent opened the email, but their child didn’t, it will not send just to the child.
Once this resent email is sent, it will show up in Message History like all other sent emails.

-Displayed at checkout.
-PDF printed from the Invoice page.
-Invoice emailed to user.
-Details page(?)
It should be noted that the “Due” value includes the check handling and transaction fees.
When paying by credit card/ach, the due column should stay in its current implementation, displaying the cost of the good/service + any installment fees only.

Bulk-Registration (GWU-3126)
Previously: Previously, when there are teams from multiple programs being registered that all have the same question, and you use the multiline editing feature, once you get to the end of registration it will tell you there was an error registering the teams. This change fixes that.
Update: This has been updated to no longer hit an error page when teams are being registered via Bulk-Registration and all have the same question while using the multiline edit feature.
Registration Details/Waitlist (GWU-2968)
Previously: In cases where a user that was waitlisted, the selected payment at check-out was different from the primary method(default), it was instead using the primary method associated to the account.

Update: Now the sortable tables match the actual number of rows displayed on the table.
Travel Lodging (GWU-3206)

Update: During The “Pay Multiple Invoices”/”Pay Partial Balance” workflow, payment allocations will now persist when a user navigates to the payment method screen and back to the allocations screen.
Invoices (GWU-3170)
Previously: This corrects a “Pay Multiple Invoices”/”Pay Partial Balance” defect at the “Payment Allocations” step. Previously, allocating a non-whole number to an invoice line-item would result in the allocation amount rounding to the nearest whole number.
Update: Now, allocating any amount is supported.
Schedule
Bulk Edit (GWU-3100)
Previously: The editable fields are not exported when the user selects the “Export to Excel” button.
Note: The editable fields were Timezone, Team 1, Team 2, Location, Field, Cancelled and Field Billable.
Update: Now when the user selects the “Export to Excel” button, the editable fields are exported.
Team
Team Management (GWU-3014)
Previously: Making selections with checkboxes, and switching to another page removes those selections. Additionally, searching removes checkbox selections.
Update: The user should be able to make selections, navigate through pagination and search without removing checkboxes selections.
Team Management (GWU-3015)
Previously: Load Speed would be an issue with the amount of data that is being pulled on this page.
Update: Create pagination to improve page performance. When searching or sorting columns, all data will be taken into consideration and will not only take the first page as the whole to sort/search through.
Roster Management (GWU-3004)
Previously: The Team Management page for certain brands with large amounts of data is fairly slow and is resulting in pages to stop responding and ultimately crashing.
Update: The page’s performance should be a bit faster while loading all data, the first 100 rows showing instead of all records at once and swapping between tabs should be more responsive. Additionally, pagination was added.
Team Registration (GWU-3297)
Previously: When you fill out the team registration, the Coach Name the Email and On-Site cell are required. After typing in a cell phone number, the system flags it as if it wasn’t filled in and notes “Phone Required”.
