  • Communication

    • Media Manager: Only jpg, jpeg, png, gif and svg file formats were supported for “Insert Image.” Users now have the additional options of ai, pst and eps file formats. (GWU-2396)

BUGS

  • Program

    • Bulk Registration: Individual question responses were not saving correctly for each team, which impacted requirements for scheduling. This has been corrected so that question responses are saved per question. Additionally, users should avoid using the “Back” button while completing question responses to ensure that all entered information is saved as expected. (GWU-2470)

    • Bulk Registration: When a user selected a program, but no division, and clicked “Next” they would receive an error message and be unable to advance. Further, the division box would become disabled, even though a program was selected. This has been corrected so that a user will be redirected to the registration page and be able to input all required fields before clicking “Next.” (GWU-2482)

    • Bulk Registration: When a user registered two or more teams with bulk registration, the line item generated would be listed on the invoice as “added to existing order.” This has been corrected so that “added to existing order” tracking will not be present on the invoice. (GWU-2261)

    • Bulk Registration: After creating a bulk registration invoice, a user was able to click the “Back” button while on the confirmation page and register a second time. This has been corrected by removing the “Back” button on the confirmation page. (GWU-2261)

    • Bulk Registration: The “Finish” button to register teams and generate an invoice was able to be clicked multiple times, resulting in multiple registrations and invoices being created. This has been corrected so the “Finish” button can only be clicked once; the button will be disabled after the first click to prevent the creation of multiple registrations and invoices. (GWU-2486)

    • Registration Details: An athlete’s address was not saved in the Details Page > Details Tab unless a user manually went into the athlete profile and saved it. This has been corrected so manual intervention is no longer needed and the athlete address will populate when exporting Player info from the Details Page > Details Tab. (GWU-2319)
