UPDATES

• Gate

  • Scan Type: Single use was the only available option for parking and gate products. This has been updated to allow single use, a specific number of uses or unlimited use. (GWU-2374)

  • Shop: There was no “College Coach Admission” category. A “College Coach Admission” category has been added for better delineation of attendee type and tracking of attending colleges. (GWU-2257)

BUG FIXES

• Communication

  • Mass Messaging: Social logos/icons were displaying as black circles on a message footer when viewing from a mobile device. This has been corrected to accommodate dark mode viewing on a mobile device. (GWU-2361)

• Gate

  • Add Another: When purchasing multiple parking tickets, a user was unable to add multiple items to their cart and returned an empty page when clicking the “Add Another” button. This has been fixed so that a user can now add multiple items to their cart via the “Add Another” button. (GWU-2203)

• Sales

  • Invoices: Initial deposits and/or installment payments were not allocating correctly across multiple line items (ex: would apply to the first line item prior to applying anything to consecutive line items). This has been corrected to allocate any deposits and/or installment payments to the corresponding line item, regardless of order on the invoice. (GWU-2371 and GWU-2117)

  • Invoices: Rejected ACH payments were incorrectly being rescheduled to future payments, resulting in overscheduled invoices. Future ACH rejections will not double-up future payments and will instead show as an additional amount due on the invoice. (GWU-2341)

  • Invoice Details: An invoice could be emailed directly to an athlete without the parent or guardian being copied. This has been corrected so that any/all communication sent to an athlete is sent to the parent or guardian, as well. (GWU-2258)
