  • Communication

    • Create Message: Users reported perceived “slowness” in load times for email lists. The loading logic has been updated and users will now see a 2+ second speed improvement. (GWU-2405)

  • User

    • Primary Position: When registering a new athlete, Admin were able to effectively bypass a position selection by leaving the field for position as “--Select Primary--.” This has been changed on both the back and front ends to require the selection of a primary position besides “--Select Primary--.” (GWU-2100).

    • User Roles: Users without the “Shop Enter Credits” role were able to apply adjustments - pro-rates, discounts, scholarships and inter-brand payments. Permissions have been updated so that a user must have “Shop Enter Credits” role in order to apply adjustments. (GWU-2159)

BUG FIXES

  • Communication

    • Media Manager: When attempting to switch from one brand to another, users would be unable to switch and would receive an error message. The same message displayed if attempting to log out from this page. This has been corrected so that users are now able to switch between brands and/or log out while using Media Manager. (GWU-2046)

  • User

    • User Roles: Users with the “College Coach” role that had an athlete associated with their accounts (Ex: their own child) were unable to view the “Athletes” or “Orders and Payments” tabs. This has been corrected for users with the “College Coach” role that have their child/children associated to their account. Users with the “College Coach” role that do NOT have an athlete associated with their account will continue to NOT be able to view the “Athletes” or “Orders and Payments” tabs. (GWU-2399)
