How to View Available Account Discount Codes

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click User > Users.

  3. Search for and select user.

  4. Click Payment Methods.

  5. Dropdown menu will show available account discount codes.

    1. Note: Discount Codes typically have an expiration date

    2. Note: Discount Codes may be limited to use within a single brand or product.

Note: discount codes are for customer use only during checkout; they can’t be entered by an admin. If an admin needs to discount an invoice, see How to Apply a Discount to an Invoice.
