How to View Available Account Credits

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click User > Users.

  3. Search for and select user.

  4. Click Payment Methods.

  5. Dropdown menu will show available account credits.

    1. Note: Account Credits typically have an expiration date

    2. Note: Account Credits may be limited to use within a single brand, product or family account.

  6. Account Credits can be redeemed via Receive Payment on an invoice.
