How to View All Communications Sent to an Account

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click User > Users.

  3. Search for the user account you want to do this for.

  4. Click the Eyeball icon next to the account you want to view.

  5. Click Communication History in the top navigation.

  6. Click the Eyeball icon to view a message.
