Best Practices & Notes

• Minimum recipient count defaults to 0

• Search results are limited to 500 emails at a time

• If searching for mass communications, recommended to change the minimum recipients to a higher number to filter out individual communications

• If searching for a specific user, recommended to search by User Profile

• If multiple programs are associated with a message, hovering over the number in the Programs column will show all of the associated programs.
