Media Management Overview
Purpose: To house all logos and pictures in one location for easy access in future marketing communications.
Best Practices & Notes
Upload logos and pictures by brand and/or event.
Photos are automatically categorized by the month they were uploaded.
If an event occurs in February 2022, it is recommended to upload photos in the same month.
An unlimited number of folders is permitted.
Recommended to save a file within a folder for easy organization.
Files not saved to a folder will appear in the Files section until moved to a folder.
Access images via Insert Image on Content Editor ribbon or via Communications > File Manager.
There are 3 master folders within File Manager:
“Select Brand” - View and upload to any folders & files from any brand you have access to
“Global Files” - View any folders & files uploaded by the Super Brand (uploads only available for specific roles)
“[BRAND] Files” - View and upload any folders & files from the brand site you are currently on
