How to View Saved/Scheduled Messages

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Communication > Messaging Schedule.

  3. On the table, Scheduled Date and Scheduled Time can be edited in-row.

  4. Click to further edit the saved message.

  5. Click the Eyeball icon to view the saved message.

  6. Click the Copy icon to copy the message. This will copy the message recipients as well as the subject and body of the message. From there you can make changes to the recipients, subject, and/or body of the message.

  7. Click the Trash Can to delete a message.
