How to Merge Accounts and Their Profiles

Note: An account is a login, where at least one profile (but usually multiple) can be under one account. Every profile should belong to a unique athlete or parent/guardian.
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click User > Users.
Search for the user account with the profiles you want to merge.
Click the Eyeball icon next to the account you want to view.
Select a profile you want to remove.
Rename the profile by adding text to the last name to denote the profile you want to remove.
Click Save.
Repeat steps 5 - 7 for each profile you want to remove. You may have to do this for multiple profiles within multiple accounts.
On the left navigation, click User > Users.
In the top navigation bar, click Merge Accounts.
Search for the user accounts you want to merge.
Click the Eyeball icon next to the account you want to remove.
Click the Eyeball icon next to the account you want to merge the previous account into.
Under the Remove Profile column, select the profile(s) you want to remove.
Under the Merge Into Profile Column, select the profile(s) you want to merge them into.
Click Merge Profiles.
Repeat steps 9 - 16 for each account you want to merge.
