How to Update Payment Methods Within an Existing Account
Note: PlayerFirst will not allow a payment method to be removed if future payments are due.
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click User > Users.
Search for the user account you want to do this for.
Click the Eyeball icon next to the account you want to view.
Click Payment Methods in the top navigation.
Check the Preferred Method check box to make a payment method a preferred payment method. This enables the payment method to be used for any outstanding payments if another payment method didn’t work.
Click the Trash Can to delete a payment method.
