Media Management Overview

Purpose: To house all logos and pictures in one location for easy access in future marketing communications.

Best Practices & Notes

  • Upload logos and pictures by brand and/or event.

  • Photos are automatically categorized by the month they were uploaded.

    • If an event occurs in February 2022, it is recommended to upload photos in the same month.

  • An unlimited number of folders is permitted.

  • Recommended to save a file within a folder for easy organization.

  • Files not saved to a folder will appear in the Files section until moved to a folder.

  • Access images via Insert Image on Content Editor ribbon or via Communications > File Manager.

  • There are 3 master folders within File Manager:

    • “Select Brand” - View and upload to any folders & files from any brand you have access to

    • “Global Files” - View any folders & files uploaded by the Super Brand (uploads only available for specific roles)

    • “[BRAND] Files” - View and upload any folders & files from the brand site you are currently on
