How to Add Seasonally Active Dates to a Rostered Player

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Team > Team Management.

  3. Select Program

  4. Select Division.

  5. Click the Filter button.

  6. Click the Active column next to the player you wish to edit. (To find player, you can search the name on the search box above the roster and press enter on your keyboard.)

  7. Enter Seasonally Active Start and End Date.

  8. Click the Activate icon.

  9. Confirm Seasonal Start and Seasonal End column info is correct.

  10. Click Save.

  11. The player will be able to do/see the following during the Seasonally Active window:

    1. View full roster

    2. View schedule

    3. Communicate with the team with the PlayerFirst App

    4. Note: Once the Seasonally Active dates are entered, the player will have access to the items mentioned above prior to the Seasonal Start date. The access will end on the Seasonal End date.

      1. Ex: Today is October 1st and the Seasonal Start date is November 1st. The player will have access prior to November 1st to stay updated on team communications and any schedule adjustments. Once the Seasonal End date of December 31st arrives, the player will no longer have access.
