Guest Player

  • Typically added for a single event

  • Added from the App

  • Able to communicate via PlayerFirst App until end of single event

  • Able to view schedule

  • Not able to view the roster

Seasonal Player

  • Typically added for a season/multiple events

  • Added from the Website

  • Able to communicate via PlayerFirst App until end of season/last event

  • Able to view schedule

  • Able to view the roster

Long-term Practice/Guest Player

  • Typically added for at least one season

  • Added from the Website

  • Able to communicate via PlayerFirst App until the program ends or they’re removed from the team

  • Able to view schedule

  • Able to view the roster

Best Practices & Notes

  • If a player is participating in a single event, they should be added as a Guest player from the App.

  • If a player is participating in multiple events, they should be added as a Seasonal player from the Website.

  • You can only add a guest/seasonal player to a team who has accepted a roster spot on another team within the program.
