AES Site Settings

  • Changing the Which Platform Handles Registration? setting under Site Settings should be done for brands that only take registration within AES.

  • To properly connect AES and PlayerFirst for billing and syncing, payments must be turned off on your brand’s AES registration.

AES Registration Platform Settings

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Site Settings > Site Settings.

  3. Click the Programs tab.

  4. Platform Handles Registration?: Select AES.

  5. Enter the 3rd Party Platform (AES) Program ID

  6. Auto-Create Invoices: Enable to auto-create & email invoices after AES registration. If left disabled, an operator will have to manually trigger the creation of each invoice from the AES status page.

  7. AES Invoice Email Message / Message Placement: Enter a custom message and select where it will be placed. This will be included in the email sent when an AES invoice is created.

  8. Click Save Settings.

Coping an AES Registration Program

Please follow this order of operations when copying

  1. Remove the current AES id for the program you would like to copy

  2. Copy the program using Copy > Next year's version of a prior program

  3. Once you have copied Enter the AES ID for the current program

AES Club ID Setting

Note: By adding your AES Club ID, an interbrand payment will automatically be applied to invoices for AES events in PlayerFirst, for your club.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Site Settings > Site Settings.

  3. Click the Programs tab.

  4. Add your brand’s AES Club ID.
