Waiver Questions Response Types

There are four response types for waiver questions in PlayerFirst:

1. Single Selection

   1. Ex: “What is your target level of competition for college?”

      1. Select one: a) DI b) DII c) DIII d) Club e) Don’t want to play in college

      2. Answer: a) DI

2. Multiple Selection

   1. Ex: “What is your target level of competition for college?”

      1. Select one: a) DI b) DII c) DIII d) Club e) Don’t want to play in college

      2. Answer: a) DI and c) DIII

3. Confirmation

   1. Ex: “I want to play in college”

      1. Answer: Select Yes or No

4. Text

   1. Ex: “What is your goal for this season”

      1. Answer: My goal is to improve my skills and play in tournaments go get recruited to play in college.

Each waiver question allows for a customizable response type, so waivers can contain one or more based on the questions being asked.
