How to Add Customer Notes on the A/R Report Page

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > A/R Report

  3. Optional Filters: Note you may select all with the checkbox to the left of the field for some filters

    • Method:

      1. Invoice Date: Date range based on when the invoice was generated

      2. Payment Plan Date: Date range based on the installment dates of a payment plan

    • Aging: Select the number of days the payment is past due

    • Sport: Choose a sport to filter by

    • Brand(s): Select a maximum of 20 brands to choose from within the sport or select all

    • Program: Select a specific program within a brand to filter by

    • Date Range: Specify a date range

  4. Select Filter.

  5. On the Customer Summary table at the bottom of the page, click the button to add a note for that specific customer.

    • Select the A/R Note Type or add a Custom Note.

  6. To read past notes left for a customer, click the button.
