How to Export A/R Reports

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > A/R Report.

  3. Use the filters at the top of the page to display specific A/R information.

    1. Region: Choose a region to filter by.

    2. Sport: Choose a sport to filter by.

    3. Brand(s): Select a maximum of 20 brands or enable Select All.

    4. Program: Select a specific program within a brand to filter by

    5. Aging Minimum & Aging Maximum: Enter a specific aging range to filter by.

  4. Above each table, click the Export button export the entire table.

    1. On the Customer Summary table, click the > in the top right to display all customer information when exporting.

  5. Save the export and format, as needed.
