How to Use a Revenue Report

Note: An admin can display revenue details up to a month at a time. Timezone is Eastern.

Revenue Report

Note: The Revenue Report table will display all reports with an Entry Type of Credit or Invoice within the selected time period.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > Revenue Report.

  3. Input the desired date range in the From Date and Through Date fields and click Filter.

  4. Select Brands (optional). The Select All checkbox is enabled by default.

  5. Use the Search Revenue Report field above the table to narrow down desired reports.

  6. Click the Export Icon to export the data to excel.

Backdated Revenue Report

Note: The Backdated Revenue table will pull all Invoices created within the selected period but with a due date prior to the selected period. These amounts are also included in the Revenue Report.

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > Revenue Report.

  3. Input the desired date range in the From Date and Through Date fields and click Filter.

  4. Select Brands (optional). The Select All checkbox is enabled by default.

  5. Use the Search Backdated Revenue field above the table to narrow down desired reports.

  6. Click the Export Icon to export the data to excel.

Payment Allocations

Note: The Payment Allocations table will display all reports with an Entry Type of Payment within the selected time period.

  1. On the left navigation, click Sales > Revenue Report.

  2. Input the desired date range in the From Date and Through Date fields and click Filter.

  3. Select Brands (optional). The Select All checkbox is enabled by default.

  4. Use the Search Payment Allocations field above the table to narrow down desired reports.

  5. Click the Export Icon to export the data to excel.

Liabilities

Note: The Liabilities table will display all reports with an Entry Type of Account Credit Created within the selected time period.

  1. On the left navigation, click Sales > Revenue Report.

  2. Input the desired date range in the From Date and Through Date fields and click Filter.

  3. Select Brands (optional). The Select All checkbox is enabled by default.

  4. Use the Search Liabilities field above the table to narrow down desired reports.

  5. Click the Export Icon to export the data to excel.
