How to Use the Subscription Status Page
Filtering on the Subscription Status Page
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Sales > Subscription Status.
Use the filters at the top of the page to filter for specific subscribers, and click Filter.
Use the Subscriptions table to see who is a subscriber to what subscription, a user’s latest invoice for a subscription, and more.
If a row is red, the user's subscription has been canceled or is no longer active.
Note: If a user cancels their subscription, admin will receive an email alerting them of the cancelation as well.
Cancel a Subscription on the Subscription Status Page
Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.
On the left navigation, click Sales > Subscription Status.
Use the filters at the top of the page to filter for specific subscribers, and click Filter.
In the Subscriptions table, find the subscription you wish to cancel, and click .
A confirmation pop-up will appear asking “Do you want to stop automatic renewal of this subscription at the end of the current term?”. Click Yes.
