How to Remove a Product Purchase

  1. Sign in to a PlayerFirst website.

  2. On the left navigation, click Sales > Shop.

  3. Click the Eye Icon to the right of your desired program to view the Item Details.

  4. Under the Actions Column, click the Trash Can Icon.

  5. Click Yes to confirm the removal of this product.

  6. Click Yes to review the invoice.

  7. On the invoice, add a prorate for the cost of the product that was removed.
